I ship internationally to almost any country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If there are any issues with shipping to your country, I’ll contact you directly! Please note that I'm not responsible for any additional fees, such as customs or taxes, that may apply in your country.
Standard Shipping is untracked and more affordable, but I can't provide updates or take responsibility for lost packages. Registered Shipping is fully tracked and faster. International tracking may vary as some postal services change tracking codes upon arrival to the destination country. If you've selected tracked shipping and your package hasn’t arrived, please email me for assistance.
If your package gets sent back to me due to customs issues in Portugal, I’ll resend it at no additional cost. However, if it's lost during shipping and the provided address was correct, unfortunately, it's beyond my control. In such cases, you can reach out for a partial refund or a discount on future purchases.
All orders are shipped from Portugal, meaning domestic (Portuguese) orders have lower shipping costs and quicker delivery times.
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped or arrives damaged. Please double-check your order before finalizing your order!
